Robertson Motorsport (RMS) began approx 10 years ago.It started with

a single Cheetah Mk7 and raced with AF2(Australian Formula 2).The early

days were plagued by frustration at the unreliable nature of the engine's

and the expense of components.Over time many others including RMS either

left or ceased to race.The decision was made to branch away from the stagnation

of AF2 and begin testing and fine tuning a new category,Formula-R otherwise

know as Formula Robertson.This primarily invloves a move to the VW 2000cc engine.

Using stock block,crank,conrods and cylinder head, costs were slashed and reliability

improved dramatically.

RMS now runs 6 cars,including Cheetah Mk7,Reynard and Dallara chassis.Our design

and engineering headquarters are based at Wallabadah NSW.Successful conversions,

engine building,re-tubbing are just a few of the activities regularly undertaken at our fully

equipped workshop.
